Lampshades in your fabric

We have a carefully curated group of standard lampshade shapes, that are available to be customised using your own fabric.

Our founder started his entrepreneurial journey as a lampshade manufacturer, working from a shared factory in North London over 10 years' ago. He learnt the traditional and contemporary techniques needed to make some of the best lampshades in the European market. Now, we are proud to offer the same quality and craftsmanship to our creative customers, using our honed skills to use material provided to us to make truly individual lampshades. This page offers advice on selecting appropriate fabric to be made into lampshades, including advice on weight, pattern repeat and quantity. Below are the standard shapes we offer and the sizes available. Please note completely bespoke designs are available but will need to be emailed with a sketch to accompany this. There is a minimum quantity of 4no. per bespoke design, although this can consist of 4no. different fabrics provided the shade shape, size and fitting remains the same.

Our hand-gathered lampshades have each pleat individually gathered and stitched in place. The bias trim is cut from the same material with out tailored linings cut in cotton and stretched to a relaxed smooth interior finish. As standard we offer a bleached or unbleached cotton lining but we can also use your material or one of our own fabrics on request.

Our studio is unique in that we can offer a mix of contemporary and traditional lampshade techniques, our skilled artisans love what they do and take time to ensure every shade is finished with care and attention. We do not use glue, instead choosing the neater method of stitching our pleats and trims into place.

To receive your quote please email us and state the size, shape, fitting, finish and quantity you require. If you can also give a reference name to your project and indicate the fabric you would like us to use we can add this to your quote.

We look forward to realising your lampshade.
